Official balls for dudes are with a circumference of 29.5 inches(I think smaller for gals). I think it fall around a US size H or I. I'm not sure. I don't have the courage to ask an 'expert'.

It depends. If have them with actual weight of basketballs it'd be 22oz each, only around 650g. Totaling 44oz(1.3kg) heavy but nothing compare to actual breasts. the balls are filled with air after all.
