There was this tv show in my country where they made plastic surgeries to the people that applied to the show... Either way, one time there was this woman with very big breasts in it... They were really big and kind of sagged down O_O She had back problems and apparently her intimate life wasn't too great either xD

I doubt you'd actually be able to tell about the back strain just by sticking balls/water balloons or such in there, but you will be able to see how badly they get in the way.
(I've gotten one guy to try this out in real life, and it actually got him to think about how big tits are a pain instead of just drooling over them.)
