Misha is definitely one of my favourite characters. Her part in the game was perfect imo, she's never meant to fall in love with Hisao anyway. That sketch of her resting her head in Shizune's lap is the cutest thing ever ;U;

Misha is the only one we don't know off why she's in the school anyway, as she still shows no sign of any disabilities.
I somehow have the feeling some kind of Misha path will show up too though, maybe revealing said problems she has in the meantime!
