the panel on the right is in a different P.O.V (Point of View) as the panel in the left... the left one is in the POV of the magician, and the POV on the right is about the girl :3
and yeah, it's read top to bottom :3

Well really they're two character's aspects, so they're supposed to be read at the same time.

from what i understand the magician guy is alone, and he was signing autographs, while the bell girl wants to meet this magician but got hit on by another guy, so the magician guy saw this so he decides to leave her be. mean while the bell girl turned down the dude and having flash backs about her previous love cheated on her. so she left too.

I think you should read it as both at the same time. What happens in one is whats happening in the same time as the other. At least that's what I think.

but i was trying first to read left colon first and then right, and then the other way around and that sure wasn't correct
