It's a visual novel called Katawa Shoujo. It's also kind of a joke, considering Shizune (the blue-haired girl) is a deaf mute.

Well, the artwork is very good.
However... it seems a bit out of character for Misha to do something like this though. She may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she's not that dull.
