Personality

Personality: A cold Calculated leader with a French accent. His public speaking is top notch and loves to work on propaganda to better show the legion in a good light. He is not prone to anger and tends to speak like a gentlemen of noble blood. He doesn't care about his enemy thinking them as lower than him ,but those that surprise him in combat or shown they are capable of one on one duels he respects even though they are his enemy. He likes to also mold fresh recruits into respectable soldiers. Although he pushes them to their limits in harsh training

Hobbies: Drinking the finest wines and cigars, Fencing, Creating Propaganda , Training and interacting with officers and soldiers in the Legion
Likes/Dislikes:

Likes: Fighting enemies that can command on his level, Honorable duels, receiving upgrades to his body.

Dislikes: Fighting enemies that leap before thinking, dishonorable duels, hates when the wine or cigar is not up to par.

Strengths: Enhanced speed and Strength due to mechanical parts, command and control systems allow lothar in real time to give commands to troops or machines with a mental thought through Wireless connections even control up to 6 units like a extension of his body, Knowledge of the last 3 thousand years all the way back to the Robotnik Era/Great War era

Weaknesses: His strength come at a cost with his body with lighter armor and controlling more than 6 troops/machines is prone for his system to overheat. He also suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to being alive for thousands of Years and the Great War

Fears: Losing to a force beneath him, Losing the best of his men and women in Combat. being Executed instead of given a warrior's death, Remembering the many that passed due to aging or executed for treason.

History/Backstory:

Lothar was born into a family of Noble blood that worked for the Acorn Kingdom as Allies up to the great War, however the family invoke small factions in the great war to try to destroy the Acorn kingdom so they can take over . When robotnik took over the acorn military they instead worked with him in order to get power. Lothar joined the military at age 18 and fought during various campaigns in the great War. During the time he rose in the ranks until he became a officer and part of a inner circle that would join Robotnik when the coup d'etat commenced.

Robotnik rewarded them with their loyalty as commanders in difference regions and allow if they wish to undergo cybernetic augmentation or full robotization. Lothar took the offer and became the leader of the Island front. When robotnik fell out of Power Lothar left with his troops and went there separate ways hoping to meet up soon again raise a new army in the name of the good doctor. Months turn into years and years turn into decades and many died out and Lothar decided to keep going even though he was one of the extremely few that is still alive.

Lothar is extremely old due to the prolong life of a Robians and kept himself alive by replacing parts and upgrading every 10 decades while keeping out of the public eye to prevent being noticed and executed for treason against the Acorn kingdom Centuries lated he came across Angus creating a new empire in the name of Robotnik and due to Agnus feels that Robotnik the Hero Lothar used his knowledge to help Angus in his conquest for a New Order. Due to this Agnus allowed Lothar to be part of his military to serve as a Field commander for the Legion

Extra: Lothars weapons is a High frequency rapier. a blade that is a sword reinforced by a powerful alternating current and resonates at extremely high frequencies. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Striking, cutting, and thrusting attacks are performed with the blade, with the sharpened edge and point used for lethal attacks, and the blunt edge used as a clubbing weapon. Proficient users were also able to wield the blade with such accuracy and speed that they were able to deflect bullets. He tends to shut off the system if he's fighting fleshy target since he feels it's more honorable.

His other weapon is a lugar with the outer parts made out of Gold a heirloom from the family which both this and the rapier over the years were constantly upgraded to still be relevant to this day and age. Lugar can co 3 round burst or semi automatic.
