My entry for Sonic Forces Contest

I decided for the game character to be Fang the sniper cause it would be fun.

Log Entry 8935

I was assigned to Vermilion squad to destroy a Particle beam Cannon that has been shelling our resistance base in the mountains near the city. Much of Vermilion squad is what's left of the GUN 14th Demolition Corps and I was glad to join them.

A few of us were equipped with exoskeletons made from salvage Hunter robots with a larger version of these .. wispon weapons... we were 3 miles from our destination until that bastard Fang decided to rear his ugly head with some egg pawns and those that joined the empire. We were pinned down and much of us had to pull back while I stayed behind to fight them off. I thought I was done for sure until a young teenager showed up. She was flinging ice shards at the enemy destroying much of the robots and forcing the rest to retreat.

We both hold our ground and fought against the known sniper which is piloting a customized ride based on an egg pawn and his air bike. He started firing upon the Lynx, but she was able to hold her own using a shield made of ice to deflect the attack as Fang tries to punch me as well. I blocked and noticed the lynx forming a large ice shard in her hand. She was ready to make her move and make sure to put this machine down for good.
