And I've been using Flash since a few years previous to this vector, so it's just what I'm used to. I tried using Illustrator at school, and had no clue what I was doing... Flash's layout is just so simple and easy to use, so why not? lol

It has this crystal-like luminance to it that is amazing and the reflection is beautiful. Your clarity and clean lines are amazing.

Sorry for the late reply, but for the tarmac I just used a gray base, then added darker and lighter colored dots randomly to simulate texture.

When I first saw this, I said "heh, nice photo". Then I checked the category and went "ZOMG". And then I read the part where you say that you didn't use bitmap trace anywhere, and my jaw hit the floor so hard, it made a hole in it and landed on the floor of the appartment two floors down!

the only thing that could ever change in this picture without it becoming less real, in my subjective opinion is the shadow beneath the car. for some reason i think the light in the environment doesn't justify it's level of blur.
