The next entry to my Justice League series is good ol Oliver Queen.Created in Adobe CS6 with a wacom tablet and the mighty pen tool.

Is the superhero name 'Green Laser' taken? Or..."Blue Laser"?
BTW, if Blue Laser was a Justice League character, should his/her symbol be a Blu-Ray Disc?

Very nice, I like that you put Ollie in his "natural" environment and the tilted angle, which adds a lot of dynamics to the picture.
What you could work with more is how the bow looks like/the way he keeps fingers on the bowstring and the design of the arrows. It's a minor thing, but once you get familiar with subject you start to notice things like that.
However, the coloring, the overall design and the pose are very nice, and it instantly lands among my favorites.

Holy cow this is freakin' amazing. This style is incredible! I love the show Arrow and I was so excited when I found this one. If you ever did tutorials in this style, I would be so happy because I would do it so many times.
