This is a cool piece of work. Looks like it took some time. Your setup is exactly like mine, CS6 and a Wacom tablet. My main question is this work was submitted way back in April 3, 2014 why is it showing up here again? Was it resubmitted or does the art get recycled on the board. Just curious because I see quit a bit of old submitted works showing up? Not that it really matters as I'm enjoying seeing them for the first time. I just want to understand Deviant Arts way of doing things around here better. Thanks for sharing it (again).Β

I like the color scheme, it is very nice use of a limited palette. The whole piece is reminiscent of Erte, if Erte had stopped designing fashion and started illustrating noir instead.
