I noticed that in the bottom panel, Hulk's eyes are golden-yellow, not green like they usually are. Was this an ongoing thing for the early 80's cartoon because his skin was lighter than in recent cartoons, or did they just think that color would fit better due to his angrier, more primal nature?

I'be always loved the unique look of the 1982 animated hulk. And once again you've satisfied the censors by having him battle the villains without actually hitting anybody.

As a small child, the Hulk--namely the Bill Bixby/ Lou Ferrigno TV version--terrified me. The 1982 Hulk cartoon helped me get over that and now he's a favorite.
