Well, the power level of Boltboutamon should be not much high, as he is just Myotismon fuses into Piedmon.
Apocalymon rules over the Four Dark Masters including Piedmon, and the four are all stronger than VenomMyotismon in general. Omegamon defeats Apocalymon, and there are digimons much stronger than Omegamon.
Technically, the Grandracmon can make kind digimons become evil digimons, even the angel ones. That why I think he is the most fearsome, because this almost means no one can defeat this vampire demon.

Turning digmon into marionettes is something Piedmon also capable of, and thanks to Holyangemon not letting Piedmon turn every protagonist and digimon against him into Piedmon's doll collection.
So it is not strange Boltboutamon can do that. And, it is Dark Area's evil data as Boltboutamon's origin, not Boltboutamon as the origin of evil data. And theoritically, Holyangemon defeats Piedmon and reverses his dark magic, then a more powerful angel digimon is enough to defeat Boltboutamon.
Lucemon is equal to the sum of the Three Celestial Digimons, and Lucemon Shadowlord Mode which absorbs the whole digital world's data except Ten Legendary Warriors, plus the whole Dark Area's data, which is significantly more threatening than Boltaboutmon.

Not fearsome enough, as he is a mega class digimon, but gets defeated by Wargrowlmon, Daomon, and Rapidmon, three ultimate class protagonist digimons. Then, Dukemon, the mega-class form of Wargrowlmon should be able to defeat Gulfmon easily, as Dukemon has power equivalent to Beelzemon, who defeats the three ultimate digmons above easily at once.
Up to now, I am still wondering who defeats Grandracmon, as his power to turn even angle digimons into devil digimons makes him sound very impossible to get defeated.

Well, many digimons' moves are said to be deadly, but just do not work on strong ones.
And about Death-X, Grandracmon just makes use of it for himself, and there is no proof he can stop it. Up to now, Alphamon Ouryuken is the only digimon who can destroy Death-X. If you want to calm down Death-X, go ask King Drasil, as it creates Death-X to restore the digital world.
Grandracmon creates Dark Zone, and all the first devil digimons except himself are the angels once tried to defeat him. How much evil dark power does this one have? I can not estimate.

Kinda makes sense. King Drasil is a computer, and computer can be too reasonable to be right, stick to logic too much in other words. It is just like every time when there is chaos, King Drasil wants to restore the world, though chaos made up of both light and darkness, kindness and evil is just what the world is like. The conflict is just King Drasil makes orders for digital, but always wants to destroy the world if it thinks any order is broken.
Well, now that is the reason why we need Alpamon against King Drasil, just like a vaccine agaisnt computer error.
But still wondering, if Grandracmon can make any good digimons into evil digimons, does that mean he gets erased by some more powerful evil digimon like Lucemon?

Considering that Lucemon's now stronger than ever, yes. But he & the demon lords formed an alliance.
And let's not forget Alphamon Ouryuken is one of the ONLY Digimon who could stop Zeemilleniummon. I think THAT one is the biggest threat, next to Dexmon & Arcadiamon

True. No matter how many times you beat Zeemilleniummon, he can get revived by some way, and only Akiyama Ryo can really stop him.
Acadiamon is truly strong, but still loses to Ulforceveedramon, so basically, not as strong as Dexmon, who can only be stopped by Alphamon Ouryuken, as they are born at the same time, bonded on data. Even Alphamon can stop Dexmon, that means Alphamon has to sacriface himself when he kills Dexmon.

Not end a galaxy, more like he creates a galaxy and throws it out. By the way, he is an exception, as his rookie state is equivalent to the sum of all Three Celestial Digimons, even much more powerful than Arcadiamon's rookie state. But Ulforceveedramon is different, as he evovles from Veedramon in V-Tamer comic, and this Veedramon is kinda a legendary one, as he is a champion digimon, but together with Tai, they defeat Venommyotismon. And just as I tell you, he defeats Omegamon after digivolving into Aeroveedromon. Kinda due to his trainer is Tai. Trainers really matter.
