This time my Cerberus OCs! All three based on the likeness of Fox News hosts. Highly appropriate, I think!

Under the guidance of Gen. Oleg Petrovsky, and his second in command, Col. Antonia Garza, Cerberus began to seriously expand and evolve into a full paramilitary force after Sovereign's attack on the Citadel. An entire fleet of cruisers, fighters and shuttles and thousands of firearms and suits of power armor were manufactured in secret under Petrovsky's Pericles Cell. Only the Cerberus troops and personal working directly under the now partially indoctrinated Jack Harper's (the Illusive Man's) control (the ones who raided Mars and the Citadel and the ones guarding the Sanctum lab and Cerberus HQ) were "improved" with Reaper cybernetics. The General and Garza were aware and wary of this but both had their own problems to contend with. Unfortunately, their leader's indoctrination prevented either of them from using their resources effectively and much of the armada they'd worked so hard to build was wasted or destroyed during the Reaper War.

Petrovsky, a former Alliance officer and First Contact War veteran was put in charge of the Omega Cell shortly before the Reaper's invasion began which took control of the still Ezo rich asteroid/station from notorious Asari crimelord Aria T'loak. This was an important role but it effectively prevented him from being by Harper's side where he could have realized his indoctrination. It also ended up costing Cerberus heavily as the General underestimated Aria's determination and influence in the Terminus Systems. Many troops and ships (as well as Petrovsky himself) were lost when she took back Omega with Shepard's help and before Cerberus had even had a chance to transport much Ezo out of the system no less. The General remains in custody but as of yet has not provided any useful information to Alliance Intelligence.

With the War now long over, the Illusive Man long dead and Petrovsky still behind bars Cerberus is a shadow of what it once was. So many of it's remaining non-indoctrinated personnel are dead, captured have defected or have simply deserted and gone into into hiding. But the shadowy organization is far from dead and under the control of Col. Antonia Garza still has more than one trick up it's sleeve. The devastation on Earth as well the Alliance Military's initial abandonment of it has resulted in much anti establishment as well as anti alien sentiment among the planet's inhabitants. But capitalizing on this of course is only just the first step in their new plans. The New Cerberus has only just begun.

A superb tactician and strategist with a surprising mix of caring and ruthlessness, Colonel Antonia Garza is the de facto leader of the Cerberus remnants in the aftermath of General Oleg Petrovsky's arrest and the Illusive Man's death. A former Alliance N7 Marine and later Frigate commander, Garza was once part of Cameron Malcolm's platoon and fought in the Skyllian Blitz and Torfan Raid. The two were close and joined the Alliance Corsairs together but grew apart as Malcolm became disillusioned with the shadowy unit. Garza eventually found her way into Cerberus, believing in their pro-human agenda and served under the tutelage of Gen. Petrovsky. The General was in charge of some of the organization's biggest and darkest projects, and the Antonia learned a lot by his side. She also has many useful ties to organized crime throughout Alliance space, being the granddaughter of Joseph Anthony Garza (aka "Joey G") who united many of Earth's old crime syndicates and founded the Terran Mob a century prior. She is also an expert marksman and hand to hand combat specialist, possibly rivalling that of Shepard and Vakarian. She was in charge of coordinating the raid on Grissom Academy as well as operations on Tuchanka during the Reaper War.

Personal assistant (and lover) to Col. Garza, Major Harriet Lorine is essentially an evil cross between Samantha Traynor and Kelly Chambers. She is both a comms specialist and a certified councilor but unlike Kelly, has no qualms whatsoever about using her skills in Psychology as a weapon during interrogations. While her past is a mystery to all but those whom she trusts the most, the Major is known for being chipper, polite and bubbly at all times, even in the face of the horrific atrocities committed by Cerberus.

While somewhat sympathetic to Cerberus's pro Human agenda, Captain Dana Livingston is in it far more for the thrill than the politics. She takes a seemingly sexual satisfaction in hurting and killing her enemies (a Southern Belle Xenia Onatopp if you will) and Cerberus is one of the few organizations in the Galaxy willing to turn her loose. Dana spent time in the Alliance Marines but later (after being dishonorably discharged) decided to make a go of it as a freelance mercenary in the Terminus Systems. She eventually drew the attention of Garza after doing some wet work for the Terran Mob and accepted her offer to join Cerberus shortly before the Reaper War began. Capt. Livingston is known for having an unprecedented skill in the art of infiltration, sabotage, assassination. She even personally lead the disastrous assault on the STG research base on the Salarian home world Sur'Kesh and was one of the few to survive it.
