hay could ya lend a hand my mods are not working they are applied to the game all right but are taking the textures off of near by objects such as Armour or the floor fose isn't helping and neither is fom what do i do

Note: These are the main files he had on the site I might make a full Zip of everything you need, This mod and the others that was ment to go with this if you want it.
Another Note: I don't think the creator is going to redo this for Fallout NV if he doesn't I'll try my best to Move it over to NV and see if I can import them into it

I'd love to get my hands on this, but, sadly, the mod is gone from that website.
I'm not really interested in any of the weapons/armor/quest mods...just the skin.

all the mod does is add the skins and models of Krystal, Fox, Miyu, and Falco. The Newest update (before it was gone) Was Adding Wolf into it. Everyone is also a NPC (not sure about wolf) but the only NPC that works is Krystal. Shes located near (forgot the towns name) and she will help you. The other NPC's only work if you have a Follower mod such as Groovy Followers. Also if your having a hard time looking for Krystal, look for her Airwing.
Anyways to answer your other question, Yes all it is just the model's and the skins, nothing more. The skins might look messed up on Fox and Falco only cause there meant for another body model which I cant think of atm but when I do I'll tell you.

is there any way to change the mod so it doesn't add Krystal+arwing and just adds the skins in...nothing more? Or are you saying that was in the newest update?

Nope the mod is going add the krystal and the arwing but if you dont want her to fallow you then just dont talk to her or tell her so stay there thats all.
You will also find the other NPC's at Megaton's Common House, Unless you distoryed it then, there dead
