If you wish for feedback or pointers, mike, I can offer a few:
1) When drawing both heads, imagine how their backbone(s) will be positioned. Both heads & necks will need to connect to a vertebrate. For two heads, there are two vertebrae (backbones). Imagine that both backbones will sprout from the base of the back; both heads will appear on top of the torso (and angled) as if they originate from the spine base. Look at my Colette avatar. Their head angles are a tad exaggerated, but you get the idea.
2) As droid1 said, remove that hair that's covering the left Misty's face. The bangs can remain identical, but obviously any hair that sticks out will get matted down between her two skulls.
3) Make sure there's enough shoulder room for both heads, but not too much. Your Misty above has a nice lengthy shoulder frame, so you only need to move her right head a little more to the middle and rotate the head/neck to originate from the base of the spine (as I described in #1).
The most common mistake I've seen people make with two-headed people is not picturing their inner physiology, which is why head placement always seems awkward.
Sorry if that was a bit much. Let me know if you didn't understand something.

Look at this deviation: [link]
A great example of a well-drawn dicephallic person.

Actually just thought of this, you could cut a little hair off by the second head to make it visable. Same position, minimal work right?

You can barely see the second head. Probably could be more centered. Nice pic though.
