Taken in 1953, Musctine, Iowa.I scanned this from our family negatives.
Shot on 120 roll film in my grandfather's Kadak.

Β Β Actually growing back then up our lives almost mirrored T.V. programs like Leave It To Beaver and Happy Days. I actually had red hair similar to Ronnie Howard playing Richie Cunningham and I even graduated from high school in Milwaukee. But one fateful day in June of 1965 our high school had all the services recruiters in a big study hall. I smiled at my friends and walked over to the Marine recruiter and signed up. Boy, did that ever changed my life in a big way. MikeZ.

Shoe-Box Fords are nice. They were so popular in decades past, but we don't see them much anymore. MikeZ.

yeah, surprisingly I haven't seen a lot, not even at car shows and things.
although the other day there was one parked on the street that was visible from my school.

What's up Doc? looks like I'm the first to view this image. Nice edit of a picture taken nearly 60 years ago.
Pictures on 120 roll film negatives 2 1/4 by 3 1/4 inches shot in a fold out Kodak camera are good quality
