My entry for 's contest
!It's Arya from the Inheritance Cycle
I drew it today. Since the contest is in black and white, I left her like this, did some shading etching-like for the clothes. Skin and hair I left as they were, as I did with the bow and sword (they have enough lines, could have looked weird).
I'll eventually colour the lineart and post it, but for now, this is what I've got

Took me a while to get the drawing looking like I wanted it to. Sometimes I have a problem getting bodies right, and the leg was messed up a bit

My one complaint is the lack of pointy ears. Otherwise, good.

one comment: aren't her ear-tips supposed to be pointed slightly? unless the tips are covered by her hair....

I was lucky with this one. I was so afraid to mess it up, that I scanned it after I sketched it (I never do, until it's inked), but with my twitchy hands, I couldn't risk it. Then, inking, my hands were wonderful and did not twitch at all! (And I also went to the loo before, just in case wanting to go distracted me). I was really surprised -_-
