i made these eyes and i just liked them a lot. They didnt really fit in with my overall picture >___>;; but they wre pretty. this is all done on photoshop using only the brush and smudge tools. you should probably adjust these steps to fit your own picture. 1st tutorial i made in case anyone is interested on how i do my eyes.
