Really cute composition and theme 
Yup I can see why his right arm seems strange. First it is stuck to his core (also the sleeve is very long of a t-shirt) and second his hand is hidden behind the girls hand and seems like it's going on forever, like it has no end, like a tentacle
But other than that really like the overall look and feel, the expressions are nice and playful
Another thing, the way you drew the poses and put the elements, seems like hearts are coming out from his armpit and something cracks under the girls armpit (with that cartoony line efect on the left)
