This is adorable! Good job! Your backgrounds are very pastel and airy, just like your characters, so it fits very well! I really like how your witch's color orange and the sky's blue are complementary colors, but this contrast is still subtle enough to make the image feel unified and not washed out because they are the same value (if you made them black and white, they would be a similar shade of gray). :3 I can certainly tell the broom is in motion too because of your action lines behind it! You can push this action a little more by making her hair and clothes lean in that direction. The more they pull in that horizontal direction, the faster she is going. Very well done!
