How did you do the rain? I've been trying forever to get rain to look like rain, but it never comes out right D:

I use dark colour backgrond and paint white rain on it
(if BG is too Bright, you will can't see the rain. I think..)
paint white rain I use opacity 18% 30% <opacity 50% 100% << bigger line
....^^" sorry for my poor english.
