I just decided to post this. Cause I don't think I'll futher continue this one.
But for the SP, this is what I thought of Cece's TSOT.
I might consider redesigning cause how tedious the drawing can be.

Aah finally! I was excited to see her SoT form! Gotta admit, the flower crown gives her an innocent look and it's extremely cute. The transparent sleeves are a cool idea and the whole dress is amazing. Reminds me of Shiny Celesteela for some reason xDΒ

I wanted her costume to like like a Chinese clothing in a way. But not much like a cheomgsam.
So that's where her favourite flower comes in, sun flower. Then the flower crown, I'm just lazy to draw sunflowers. π
I though the sleeves would be a nice look, but spoiler but not really. She would probably take those sleeves off for fighting moment. Maybe.
And I actually had no clue about the Shiny Celesteela until now. πππ
I can see the similarity.

I know how bothering drawing a whole flower crown can be... So maybe you can draw her with only one flower? Or maybe two on both sides? So it won't take too much timeΒ Β However you'll change her outfit, I'm sure Cece will look amazing.Β
