I like it! The way the cowl comes all the way over the mouth makes it look especially inhuman and intimidating.

To quote Sweetwater from BC2, "Cool!". I especially like your design for the utility belt, kinda reminds me a shoulder rig for a pistol. I'd really like to see some more work on this design. A menacing crouch, for example, would do wonders to add to the general eye-candy of this piece. All in all, I feel it has great promise for much awesomeness in the future as well.
