Hey man, I live in China, I can get all this shit and weirder on any street corner!
...okay, maybe not a decent hot dog, but definitely tongue, cigs, and rats. Not half bad if you roast them kebab style and drench them in red pepper and cumin.

Sorry about my late reply, cool that you went to China to work and that's it's been awesome so far) Being a vegetarian, I was happy to have a reason not to eat any of the crazy shit I saw when I was in China a couple of years ago)

Ok, I'm confused. Here in the states we don't have the types of hot dog you've got in the first and second pictures on the cart. We only have them in a bun like the 3rd pic. What are the other two? Wrapped in pita bread for the health conscious? The first one I'm not even going to guess about.

haha! awesome! sausage lecture by a vegetarian, here we go!
First on is called 'two pΓΈlser med brΓΈd' which means two sausages with bread. Its basically - as the name suggests - two red boiled sausages with a hot dog bread on the side and ketchup and mustard. You eat with your fingers and dip. People really smell whilst eating this.
Second one is called a French hot dog. It is the end of a baguette with a hole running through it, then filled with a disgusting white mass called 'French hot dog sauce' and then a red boiled sausage is stuffed right in there! (ps. I'm not sure they know in France that we named such a horribly nasty gastronomic experience after them...)
