Very detailed and colorful... and come on, everyone loves Rikku. Sometimes to much, but let's not go too far into that...
I'm also a sucker for FF fanart, as long as it keeps the personality of the characters intact (like this one). Aside from the background (which I think is a little too bold) I don't have very many suggestions for this. However, her face is a teeny bit different here (but that's the hardest part, and it's not far off at all). Now, since I'm such a big traditional art freak, I have to suggest that you try drawing this traditionally too... if you're willing, of course.
And great job with the colors on her! The gradient-ish colors are really striking, especially on her scarfy thingies and the knives. The braids are also impressive, and she's in a really good pose. She might need a bit more of a tan... but that's getting REALLY technical with it, I could obsess about that kind of stuff for hours... great work!

I aint one for backgrounds because I get lazy after drawing the foreground...thats why this background seems a little rushed and stuff, but imma trying to get into the habit of drawing them.....=s

Thats such a lovely portrait! I love the pose she is in. awesome colouring too. Potrays her persona down to the ground i think. But i think i like the detail in the braids the most. i salute you in being able to draw braids X.X
