i know there's a lot of great digital art out there since just in the past few years there have been some new great programs! but for this whole old popular art on the front page might be a glitch? a while ago there was a glitch where the newest uploaded art got stuck as most popular on the front page, so not even popular, just random art haha

there's a program you can get from steam called Black Ink (i got it as a gift but i think it's kinda expensive) which is cool, fire alpaca, paint tool sai... buncha digital art programs you can try if you want to make digital art

i don't think black ink is good for beginners if you're not used to working with digital art programs, i've been doing digital art for 10 years and even i don't fully understand how the program works yet. it's also a little expensive, but it was a gift from a friend
you should try fire alpaca or paint tool sai, they're really fun, i've used it for several years and i *still* learn new ways to do things and how to screw around with stuff in the program, fun shortcuts and stuff like that. i'll note you with where you can find it
