...After girls, maybe
This is a self-portrait (my back portrait I know, but still a Portrait) About when I was a teenager and I didn't know yet that women existed on earth, and I needed only a pencil and a blank page to be happy. A page, the school table, the board, a wall, a dirty car, the casting arm of a friend ...
Now is hard for me to separate women from art and art from women. I think if there were no women would cost me so much time to find reasons to draw)

Inspiration is all around us. You know it is there but sometimes it is hard to see but it is there for the subjective person. If in doubt that there is a minimum of subjects just look out your window or door. Like you I started about the age of discovery. The world opened and said "SEE ME". Your work is very good in my eye's and very accurate. Keep up with the great work.Β Β Β

Your relationship with women is fascinating! It's nice to see someone that can balance and express concern and questions about women's rights and treatment, around the world, while also valuing them sexually and aesthetically. It is a balance that can and should be achieved, but seems so impossible for everyone without venturing into the realm of totalization of either sex and women's bodies as evil to both society and their own existance, or completely reducing them to nothing more than bodies for pleasure.
I hope you find somewhere to continue to share and produce your art - the world needs to see such critical, insightful art.

This reminds of the times I think back to that time when I was about 12 or 13, and I don't remember girls that age being as sexy and physically mature as girls that age are today, but I will bet that is just my perception clouding my memories.Β

So true. Β Before I knew any woman would want to have sex with me I got so much more art done. Β Now that I get laid I have gotten married and am expecting a baby and now I don't produce nearly as much art as my soul needs to.Β
