This photograph is why I love shooting with ! A lot of the photographers I have worked with only want to focus on making me look pretty, but Mike also focuses on the overall feeling of the shot as well. He does a great job at making me look pretty of course but I also like that we're on the same page when it comes to putting certain emotions into cosplay photos.

The story behind this one is the story of loneliness and solitude that Namine faces. She's a Nobody, which in turn, means that she is essentially a shadow of someone else. Normal people can't see or hear her, and the people that can see her are also Nobodies. You might think, "That's not too bad, at least she can interact with some people.", well, that's not really true. Nobodies are heartless copies of their original people; they have no empathy or any feeling of love or friendship. This makes them very cold and cynical; if the only people who you could talk to were only conversing so they could use you, wouldn't you feel lonely too? Well, that's what we wanted to portray through this photo, a debate over the importance of one's existence.
