Hello, so yes I had to do this, I want to state I am not attacking any users I am simply defending myself from accusations.
Also I will mentions users so you know what comment I am talking about and so there is no confusion but don't attack them!

so I was accused of stealing shi huang di from fate/grand order's design (which I don't know who he is I just copied the name from a comment)
But something important here the key to the hole situation, nobody asked me if that was the "Final" design, NOBODY.

Anti-Diva is still a WIP (Work in progress) I had only like 2 hours to post it and on that day I had to work and when I arrived there was no electricity! so once the electricity arrived I had to make the pictures of both him and dolly fast to upload them there was no time to edit him nor add things. here is the time since I post the time I upload them as a comment on the entry submission: sta.sh/2l5442j8p2?edit=1

One of the users who specifically implied I was stealing the design was r6ven : "her design belongs to me" but... its not your design... you literally just put shi huang di's outfit on the base and called it a day."
this was my comment: the design is different than the original, this specific design belongs to me since it had several changes
the original does not.
I plan to add more later but for now this is as much as I could do. this is also the same base the model brought I did
not change the base.

as I said I never claimed the original as my own design only the edit, whether it's the same character or an oc the design I made belong to me, the original to the company it comes from.

and as I mentioned before the person did not ask if I was planning on changing it. although this user has accused me of having an illegal option in adopts and cheating the motm, so it doesn't surprise me they accused me of something again. you can find the other accusation here: {OTA} Gypsy Cat Anthro Adopt {Open}

This is the things I edited/added:

-Body shape: made him more curvy because of the skirt it's barely visible.
-Face shape: made his face sharper because I like sharp faces <3
-Edited the things in his head to be more a leaf design
-Size: he was huge!
-Removed: Veil, some parts of the hair, feet accessories, giant duda
-Edited texures: Makeup-the light makeup makes his eyes look bigger,etc.(it's makeup technique 101), clothing color, Hair color, eye color.

added:
-Skirt
-crown
-Face accesorie
-boots
-Halo
-earring

as you can see there have been changes the design is similar but not identical, and somethings like the make up make the model look different even tho nothing has changed (except dace shape)

and I did more than and I quote "removed his veil, changed his eyes, and slapped a few parts on him that don't match up."

Things that are missing due to the lack of time as I said he is still being designed:
-Feathers on the skirt waist
-feather accessories
-I need to edit/add more detail to the grey line things on the suit
-Make a more complex eye texture, he is supposed to have "beautiful eyes" to me they look plain.
-Change the U thing to braids, I was actually going to make this sooner but I think the U braids are from a ripped game that is not allowed in the motm, so I did not have the time to check.
-Change the boots texture, It looks off to me.
-Add the other earring which is more of a cuff like thing with diamonds
-Paint his naiiiilssss
-edit body shape further, I want him to have a "feminine" sort of body
-Edit head/eye shape, more sharpness, I NEED MORE xD
-More halos, never enough halos
-Edit eyebrows, possibly make them shorter or add a design to them
-probably going to change the back hair, I want something similar to the front hair, but I will probably just change it to kuroyu luka's back
hair.
-Add a lace texture to the areas in black.
-add elf like ears

look at all the things missing like you can't deny that when I finish it it will look almost completely different and believe me once finished, I will send the pic to the people who made those nasty comments, there is a difference in constructive criticism, criticism and just being plain rude and/or making an accusation.

also I used this models clothing because as I explained in a comment it was exactly what I was looking for! I was going to make my own but searching for parts for dolly I found that model, so I used it and plan to later on make it more detail like I wanted, but I have to de-install meta and reinstall it because I can no longer load mmd models I have to do a complicated thing to load them and then when I export them I have to adjust size.

also I could not find another like it, try to find a similar thing that is available for download, editable and not a game rip and then come back to me.

Next time ASK before implying something.

what was really disappointing was not the model but the people who did not ask and just started implying I was stealing the design!

I post this not because I want apologies but to serve as a lesson, not everyone on the internet is the same, if you are a old watcher of mine you know I try my very best to follow rules/terms of use and you can learn this by looking at my page and if you look at my oc's I try my best to make them unique, the only one that looks similar to a character is Sakura but her's is story plot related and she has her original design which I haven't showed.
