what's there not to get :
Just open a new image, click resise, then make 50x50 PIXELS then use the magic wand to select...
I'll have to make a tutorial I guess 0_e

Actually, there are a lot of great tutorials out there.
Mostly for photoshop, but paint.net got's all you need. Gradient tool, layers...etc.
I made your icon on paint.net.
I used to hate the ideas of layers, so usually stuck to the one, but actually...it helps ALOT to have different layers.

you can make it move on paint.net? KOOL!!! i have always wanted to figure out how to make them move... and you don't have to have a white backround? awesome THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! especially for offering that tutorial...

Yus if you're willing to put some elbow grease into it.
Your icon was nine frames, which is basically absolutley NOTHING.
Also try downloading Unfreez. It's how you get a transparent bg WHILE ANIMATING!
And see that tool like a wand in paint.net? Go to the background layer, select the background (on the picture) and press delete on your keyboard.
If it comes up with grey and white squares...CONGRATULATIONS! You've made yourself a transparent bg.
