thanks to BurgerBunny for the help... i used GIMP for this... and i managed to figure it out! Well its not that great of an emote but i still like it so thnx ^^Related content

meh. gimp's okay, just I find it confusing, which is why I use paint.net. but still nice emote!
once you know the right pixel size and length measurements it only goes up from there!

I'm actually newer than you and I'm kinda used to this.
But then again I can pretty much be given any unknown task and latch on easily.
Seriously though just do a test of the 15x15 pixel circle on paint.net, gimp, whatever and upload it so I can see it
