HEEELPPP PLEASE, I want to release this model for you guys, it is all rigged but i have this problem now, can anyone help me?(I left the hair for when I finish the whole model)

Check that the first bones in the rows of skirt bones are all parented to the lower body bone (δΈεθΊ«). If they are, and you have physics bodies and joints on the skirt, make sure that the parent body is also δΈεθΊ«, and that the δΈεθΊ« body is connected to the δΈεθΊ« bone.

Oh, in addition to this, it looks like you have a malformed weighted vertex (the one sticking out of the skirt). To fix that, go into the main PMX Editor window, then click on Edit>Vertex>Normalize. It will be the one with nothing after the word.
