I adopted another oc... yaay ^^
but this time it was really a must have~
i think i could've just uploaded the ref made, but I'm actually against re-submitting...
however, i hope you like her! ~

Backstory:
Mandy was born in Los Angeles and ever since she was a little girl she loved the ocean.
At the age of 12 she went to a surfing school and won her first competition when she was about 15.
On her 24th birthday her parents donated her a journey to hawaii, which was her biggest wish since she strated surfing.
However, one day she pushed herself too far and drowned while attemping to surf a giant "pipeline" wave.
She was actually too exhaused for that but she still had to made that one.

Days later her ghost came back and is now pulling unlucky victims under water to see how long they can hold their breath~
