His tsuntsun is a fake joke used to lure others into his trap. America, Japan and France all fell for it one time or another. Unlike France or Japan America actually saw right through it because he isn't as stupid as everyone thinks.

Hey, what do you think about this idea, I plan to write it:
England and Japan are in a relationship so great they'll get married and have a second Anglo-Japanese alliance. Yet Japan didn't realize how much he was hurting America for being with England.
I want to write an angsty fic with major drama and Russia!
