Ah... Well...This is almost the same way I draw on any other program, but there's a small intro about how to use the paintchat tools... nothing much...
It's 5AM and I'm short on patience to explain anything further, if someone asks something and I feel like replying it I'll post it here AND I WON'T ANSWER IT TWICE!
I won't go over covering how to set up a paintchat too, if you know about port forwarding, IP, or even DNS, I will be able to tell you how to do it.

Eu hosteio uma sala, as pessoas acessam ela por um endereço na internet, funciona como um board de Oekaki + uma sala de chat.
A minha ta fechada só pra desenhos de Axis Powers Hetalia no momento, mas de vez em vez eu abro uma publica tb xD' da pra achar algumas salas por ai na internet, ou hostear a sua propria, que é complicado...

I made a try of your tutorial today but~~~eeh, I'm not good at using the watercolor tool (it's the same problem in every program =3= ) But I think the skin looks good. I'll try to practice more and more until I get better! >3<

Mas agora o pchat ta com outro DNS que é so pra hetalia...O que era só pra oofuri virou uma putaria danada então eu mudei o DNS e mandei so pra quem desenha Hetalia...
