Wow awesome!! I learned more about swords now...uh oh.. is that a good thing?
Interesting how the Neriphar has two curves going on. I wonder why?

I might be completely blind on this one, but the claymore looks a bit too long (or perhaps too narrow). Real claymores, while quite hefty, weren'tΒ too much bigger than typical two-handed long swords such as the espadon.

EDIT (since DA doesn't allow direct edits): What you've got appears to be a zweihander (or similar very large sword) in the claymore style (which you absolutely nailed, by the way).

was the D Neriphar really used in Ptomemaic Cyprus. I thought they used mostly hellenistic swords. In cyprus even more

These swords are supposed to be realistic, but they're still from a fantasy world. Neriphar is an imaginary island kingdom meant to be like Ptolemaic Egypt surviving into late medieval times.

How in the world do you come up with these designs!

They're mostly inspired by real historical sword designs. Thanks for all the comments and the favourites. xD

Thanks. D has a slightly different style to the other ones, and I think it turned out well.
