This was actually done completely by accident, I was messing with the Scrin logo from Command & Conquer 3 in Roxio Photo Suite, and clicked on the tint tool, then randomly clicked the picture a few times, and this turned up. It was so cool looking I just had to keep it, and I thought I'd share it with you people.Related content
