Yeaa. My take on her redo design with a color-comparison on the left. Oh and also Bunny. (RIP)
I tried haha.

Her design and color choice is just out of place with the legs and massive hair eccentric hair, her color scheme looks like what'd came out of MLP, not PPG.
So i changed almost her entire color scheme
And also, she's supposed to be 16-17 yet her hips says 20. So i drew her like how i draw preteen kids, by removing the long legs and wide hips.
I however still keep her blue hair but only when she's using her powers to the fullest/when she's getting out of control.

My version of Bliss's created the same way as the other girls, with Chemical X. But as Proffesor didn't notice that there's a Battery in the Everything Nice bowl and thats where she got her color scheme and power from.

It may not seem like it but my ver of Bliss, despite having her legs shorten, still looks older and taller than the PPG.

If you've wondering why i didn't draw her in PPG styled teen well...
She'd look like that one episode in the original show where the PPG looked horrid as a teenager.

And also, i've seen the special... online because i don't want to give this show the attention it wants and well, its mediocre at best.
Bliss's character however... still hated her from design to how they handled her.
She has the most overused and common backstory i've ever seen. I've seen hundreds and thousands of OCs with a similar formula :

1. The design stands out of canon.
2. The character's known to be clumsy.
3. Despite a bunch of mistakes, people still love them either way.
4. Is related to the main characters usually a long lost sibling.
5. Stronger than the main characters.
6. Having an unnecessarily odd yet long name.
7. An unnecessary pet.

So yea, there's that.
I'd be okay with her tbh IF she's titled as the 7th Powerpuff after Bullet and the character's design feels like she belongs there and maybe less-common cliched backstory.

Extra thought : You know who the original Bliss reminds me of? The girl from Me!Me!Me! but not white.
