Description
I've animated Light in that laughing gif a few months back, but she's changed up quite a bit since then.
Light is a washed-up leader of a group of ghosts - ghosts powered by electricity! She experimented on herself and others, giving them robotic enhancements, but all tests besides the one done on herself resulted in failure and them becoming deceased, their souls trapped with her magically-enhanced electricity. Because of this, the ghosts of people who used to be loyal to her don't pay her much mind anymore, and are more or less just begrudgingly stuck with her.
She wanted to find a way to make people live forever using her powers, but her research was cut short when she was sentenced to death in the 1880's, and she also became trapped. Now, she seeks others out to help her finish her work.
All the characters from this story are pretty new and I'm still brainstorming, so things in the future might of course change!
