Description
So here it is: my self-made, partly crocheted Mad Hatter doll!It turned out to be even more work than the Scarecrow doll had been, although it has only about half its size.
Embroiding on such a thick 'fabric' is really no fun, and I don't know why I put so much effort in the yellow shirt when most of it is covered by the blue coat anyway.
The latter has the same two-button-decoration on the back as you can see in the concept sketch, by the way.
You could also, theoretically, take the coat off again, but I don't recommend trying it.
What else can I say? I attatched every hair separately, I used marbles to make the body heavier & I'm so proud of my little Jervis XD

It's mainly very time-consuming and you need a lot of patience to finish it (at least if you want to crochet).
Depending on the size you choose for your doll, it can be quite annoying to add little details XD
But why not give it a try?

Which version of him do you like best? Personally, I really prefer the suit-and-bowler one, but nevertheless I think the interpretation of his character in TB was interesting

Yes, perhaps it is XD I always tend to portray Jervis as a kinda sweet innocent gentleman.. I think I've watched his BTAS episodes too much ^^
