as a current player of ff8 and recently facing omega weapon (no victory yet) i have to ask
does it have 2 forms/phases in the game O_o?????

Omega Weapon is one of the toughest monsters in FF VIII. It only has 1 form in the game, they only released a human type form in the action figure. In the game Omega's only form is the one with the monster. Good luck in defeating him,it takes a lot of patience to take him down. But it isn't necessary that you must defeat him to finish the game. Its just an option if you want to fight him or not.The other monster that looks like Omega but has a sword is the Ultima Weapon.

well, i've beaten ultima weapon, and i wanted to beat omega, because i've beaten ultimecia already, and i was wondering this because i didn't want any surprises during the fight.

I forgot the name of the store. I think I bought this from Comic Alley at SM North Edsa. They also had an Ultima Weapon, basically they look the same except Ultima has a darker color and carries a sword.

I have a better pic of Omega Weapon with his upper torso on top of the monster on my deviant gallery. I wonder why you guys didn't comment on it.

I bought it in one of the soecialty shops here in the Phils. It costs around P3,500 when I bought it. There was also an Ultima Weapon action figure, it looks exactly like Omega Weapon except it had a more blackish color and it had a sword.

Ok I'll try to post more pics of Omega Weapon. He he he I wish it costs that much so that I can sell it to you.But really in dollars that would be around $76. I bought that action figure around 2003-2004 can't really remember.The FF VIII figures were still popular those years but right now I can't see them anymore even on specialty shops.

Thanks! Actually I had a model of Squall, Rinoa and Gilgamesh. The sad part is that I lost them when Ihad to leave my appartment and the Omega Weapon's the only one left.
