I have no idea what this creature is but all I can tell you is that it has pale skin and bloody red eyes and was found inside an abandoned house in what appeared to be a shed, the image in question is from a video of an explorer who spotted the creature in question and shortly after the creature turned towards him, the explorer started running for his life trying to get out of the place while the creature grunted eerily in the video.
