~ May resell, but for only the price you paid for, unless comes with more art.
~ Can't buy for someone on my blacklist (theres a reason there on my blacklist, and i'd prefer you not buy for them)

~ I Can accept offers. I'd prefer points/paypal, but if I really like your art/or Character you offer, I might accept. but im very picky.
~ If you want, I can change the design slightly for you, with the base, for a extra 1.00 / 100 points. (only for points/paypal offers)
~ Please don't be rude if you don't like my rules, I try my best to make the simple / not a lot, but sometimes, people gotta make a lot, because people break rules, or do shit to cause me to make more rules. so don't blame me, blame the people who are rude. (no offends.) I don't like harming people, or upseting people,
but theses are my rules, please accept them.
and if you have any questions, just ask, I more likely will understand. Expessely if it comes to a rule, i might let it slide depending on the rule, and why you want to be excused.

I do accept customs, If you the adopt you like got sold, I'd be willing
to do a custom for 5.00/500 points. on this base, or some other bases i bought.
(I can tell you which bases i have bought for the p2u bases)
