Here's an idea on what Duke would've looked like if he was painted red, like the other narrow gauge steam engines in the Railway Series. I even included the number 8 on the side of his cab since he's meant to be the number 8 engine on the railway. I've had a bit of inspiration from a custom Trackmaster model I've seen on YouTube, as well as WildNorWester's model of him in this livery. It does seem kinda odd to me that he was never repainted red after he was brought to the Skarloey Railway.
