This is how I picture a cover for Thomas Breaks the Rules and Other Stories looking like if it had been re-released sometime within 2001 to 2003.
UPDATE: (10/9/20) I wasn't too pleased with how the cover turned out at first. So I decided to redo it. The only major difference most people will notice is that the text has been changed from blue to green.
