This is one of the most pointless episodes of the Simpsons ever. After years of fans getting know Principal Seymour Skinner, the crew decided to do some kind of plot twist with it turned out he was an impostor when another Seymour Skinner arrives. And in the end, everyone in Springfield decides that they want the old Skinner back. And no one was to mention the events of the episode again and the other Skinner never appears again.

What was the point of this episode? If it was to do a plot twist on someone, then they did it all wrong. The "real" Skinner is also a pointless character. And they never mention the events of this episode again (aside from I, (Annoyed Grunt)-Bot), which makes the episode even more pointless.
