my second commission finished! :> this one's for ~iiyalovestobite , of her personal character cecil. design is entirely (c) ~iiyalovestobite , i only decided on the colours of his outfit :B

i was told that cecil here likes to bellydance, among other things, and i'm all for male bellydancing so i jumped at the chance to draw him all dolled up for the occasion. his outfit was so much fun ;o; HE was so much fun. ashgashgfhgfff.

drawn with staedtler pens on 8"x11" cardstock, painted in photoshop cs, the usual fun stuff.
