Left screen is a WidgetLocker Theme. You can put it on your SD card/data/com.teslacoilsw.widgetlocker/themes and then apply it. They have updated WidgetLocker so I don't know if it will work.
Try it. Im not using Widgetlocker at the moment

Clock and day are Minimalistic text with Helvetica Neue LT Pro as font.
For the clock put these settings Custom Layout: Hour(12h) Static text Minute (2 digits). In static text put : as divider.
I use ADW Launher EX with 10x10 grid. Overlaping widgets is on. Without dock.
Size for the hour numbers is 145dip and for the minutes 120dip. Horizontal block is right, Vertical- Center.
The clock size is 4x1 but you have to rezie it manualy so that in the end it looks like its cropped and put it in the right place so it looks like it is behind the sand.
Try it a few times and you'll make it.
And thats about it.
