Inktober DAY 26 ConnectIrish mythology theme - Butterflies . According to Irish folklore, butterflies are said to move between worlds and bring messages and warnings. They are said to be souls, waiting to be reborn on earth and they are connection between those two worlds. In the 1600s, in Ireland , killing a white butterfly was prohibited since it was believed to be the soul of a dead child.
