Yay! I found a program to animate
this is the first time making a blink. and I did it without a tutorial (I guess it would end up better if I used one
)I don't know why.. but the blink doesn't seem to be right done
oh well...
I hope the frames are fast enough.

yea it was free, it's called easy Paint Tool SAI

Plz, use "Digital>>misc>>animation" category instead of the fractal category for your non fractal art.Fractal category is just for the fractalists artwork.All nonfractals just end up reported as a misupload and then removed by DA staff.
